Working from data
We collect, publish and give access to data on people’s justice problems and resolution
You can only offer solutions if you have identified the most pressing problems. Together with local partners we gather and work from data, and visualise that data to help inform evidence-based decision-making towards people-centred justice. Examples of these efforts include Justice Needs and Satisfaction (JNS) surveys and The Justice Dashboard.

Justice Needs and Satisfaction Survey
The Justice Needs and Satisfaction (JNS) tool measures what the most pressing justice problems are, which groups of people have them and how often, how those problems affect the lives of those people, which journey to justice people follow and the extent to which the journey leads to resolution.
Together with local partners we develop access to such data, turning it into digestible, shareable products that can be used for better evidence based decision making to develop more people-centred justice.
Justice Dashboard
Access to Justice means Access to Information. The Justice Dashboard brings our data to your fingertips. Explore the problems everyday people encounter. Understand their strategies to resolve problems. See where they get stuck. The Dashboard aims to devise user-friendly ways to bring justice to all.
