Justice Needs and Satisfaction in Niger
Niger is Africa's second-biggest landlocked country. It is a colossus of West Africa. Home of two deserts (Sahara and Sahel), its population has learned to live and thrive under challenging conditions.
In this report (French only), we explore common and serious legal problems Nigerien people experience in their daily life.
- How many problems are fairly resolved?
- How many problems remain in need of fair resolution?
- Where do people go to try to resolve their most serious legal problems?
- How satisfied are they with the path to justice they embark themselves on?
The answers to these questions and the implications for further people-centred actions are laid out in the report (French only).
